BHA is an amazing exfoliant to remove dirt and shade out other unhealthy skin cells and control sebum. I have used this for 6 months and it was my first ever BHA experience. it works amazingly and doesn’t dry out my skin. use sunscreen after this, it’s essential.

Beminimalist facewash with Mild Exfoliating Acids.

A combination of mild exfoliating acids in a very well-balanced formula. this product works very similarly to the kaya’s few. Again sunscreen is a must.

It’s specified for oily skin. I used it for like 7-8 months, it work’s amazing, with natural ingredients, chemical-free, and strong herbs working on skin issues without causing any harm.

Rustic Art Juniper Berry Facewash:

It’s actually for dry skin but I think it will go very well for oily skin as I have used it for almost 6-7 months, it contains citrus with jojoba oil and other natural ingredients, it’s a kind of concentrate. cleanses very nicely and maintains the healthy natural oil of the skin. As its pure n natural patch test recommended.

Besan: DIY

Besan or Gram flour is a natural cleanser and exfoliant and we kind of going to make a DIY facewash with this ingredient. It is completely safe and doesn’t irritate or any other issue to the skin, the only reason you might avoid it is because of its drying property but I got a solution for that. mix it up with milk, honey, aloe vera, or malai all these moisturizing ingredients will balance the dryness making it the most amazing facewash ever. Do try it out and let me know how is it working for you guys.

How to get rid off Dandruff

What is Dandruff?
Dandruff is a common scalp condition that causes flakes of skin to appear. It often comes with an itchy scalp and hair fall.

What are the causes of dandruff?
There are various possible causes, including Skin conditions, person’s age, allergic reactions, weather conditions, stress levels, and choice of hair care products.

How to remove dandruff?
Here are some lifestyle changes that may help:

  • managing stress
  • avoiding products that contain harsh detergents and chemicals
  • brushing the hair often
  • asking a dermatologist about a suitable scalp and hair-care strategy

Some Home remedies or easy ingredients to trust on are :

  • Tea tree oil or Lemon grass essential oil mix it with coconut oil. massage at night wash off in the morning and say hi to healthy hair.
  • Second way is to use aloe vera gel, you can use it as a mask, as hair gel, or to condition.
  • Third way is a self-care way, take a proper diet, including omega 3 fatty acids and zinc in your diet. it is more beneficial as your doing just 1 thing and it is helping you with many issues.

Now it’s time for an awesome DIY. But before that please press the red subscribe button and like this video.

We need only 2 ingredients, 1st is natural Henna. Now you may be wondering how this is different from a regular henna hair mask.

Well, it’s different because we are going to use coconut oil and mix it with Heena then apply it to hair. Wash off the pack after 30-40 min. You can keep it longer for color if you want. and doing this 3 times a month would do fine.

As both the ingredients are known to remove dandruff, this hair pack will also condition and nourish your hair. Do try out and let me know the difference in the comments.

Clear skin – 3 in one DIY

Someone recently asked me that if they can use their facewash as a face pack.

From there I got an idea to make this DIY.

So, the first ingredient is besan (gram flour), as we all know it’s an amazing age old cleanser, you can directly use it with water but I would not recommend that specially in winters.

Second is milk.. it is rich in fatty acids which moisturizes the skin and also it contains Lactic acid which is a mild exfoliant. These days it is used in many chemical exfoliants, of course in a balanced formulation.

The last one is honey, another natural moisturizer, packed with antibacterial and antioxidant properties.

Now mix them together in a cream consistency and massage it into the skin. People with acne prone skin type can use it by applying little to no pressure on skin and avoiding the active ance area.

You can use it as cleanser, scruber and as face mask depending upon the your time and mood.

Besan is drying in nature but here by adding milk and honey we are reducing the dryness and enchancing the Moisturizing properties of the other 2 ingredients.

If you don’t have honey that’s completely fine, skip it. But in this case avoid using it as scrubber. For winter it’s amazing recipe for skin..do try out.
